By using popsky, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

1. What popsky is

popsky is an AI-powered companion delivered through WhatsApp. When you sign up, we create a Popling — a conversational AI that learns from your interactions over time. Your Popling exists only for you and is shaped by what you share with it.

2. Your account

You need a WhatsApp number to use popsky. By providing your number, you confirm you are the account holder and are at least 18 years old. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your Popling.

3. Your content

The conversations you have with your Popling belong to you. We use them only to power your Popling — to build its memory, shape its character, and improve your experience. We do not sell your conversations to third parties.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use popsky to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content; to impersonate others; or to attempt to reverse-engineer the service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Service availability

popsky is a beta product. We do our best to keep it running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change. A Popling that has been neglected for an extended period may decline — this is by design, not a bug.

6. Limitation of liability

popsky is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via WhatsApp. Continued use of popsky after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. SMS and WhatsApp Messaging

popsky sends messages via WhatsApp and SMS to the phone number you provide at signup.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
